Accolade Workspace partnered with Cromwell, who have multiple sites across the UK, providing a fitout solution to get projects done on sites across the country, allowing branches to open on time, whilst minimising the travel and management input required from the Cromwell team.

We conduct regular site surveys on behalf of our multi-site clients, and create feasibility studies to explore possibilities of each site and investment required, to feed into long term strategic planning.

As part of this process, the Cromwell Portsmouth branch was identified as a site needing refurbishment, to bring it up to the Cromwell standard.

The recent refurbishment of the Cromwell Portsmouth branch showcases the impact of thoughtful design on employee productivity and well-being. The project included:

• Creation of a New Office Area: Utilising Cromwell’s corporate colours and branding, the new office design is open, modern, and bright. This strategic use of space and branding helps reinforce a sense of belonging and pride among staff
• Furnishing for Functionality and Comfort: Accolade managed the supply and installation of all new furniture, ensuring that every piece met the dual criteria of form and function, enhancing the overall productivity of the workspace.
• Fitting out a New Kitchen and Breakout Area: Recognising the importance of downtime, a new kitchen and breakout area were created. These spaces are designed to boost employee morale and overall wellbeing, recognising that a happy team is a productive team.
• Efficient and Timely Execution: The entire project was completed swiftly and efficiently by the end of December, setting the stage for a fresh start in the new year.
• Ongoing Communication: Throughout the refurbishment process, Accolade provided Cromwell with weekly photo and video updates. This approach allowed the Cromwell team to stay informed of the progress without needing to be physically present, saving time and resources.
